This portable spray is a carefully crafted mineral water produced via a unique method, consisting of purified water with 35mg / (35 parts per million /ppm) of ultra-fine particles of pure, non-compound zinc and silver. It's pure, gentle and easy to keep in a small bag or pouch if you're travelling.
Nano Zinc can contribute to the normal function of the immune system and silver has anti-viral, anti-bacterial and calming properties in the mucous membranes of the nose, throat, eyes, ears and on the skin. In addition, zinc acts as an anti-histamine.
As a spray this product can contribute to the maintenance of normal skin.

What is the ENT Spray made of?: ENT is a special mix of Silver and Zinc particles in highly purified water.
Can I use the ENT spray on my skin?: Yes you can. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin so the ENT spray is generally valuable for application to the skin.
Why are there two different spray heads for the ENT products: The white cone shape spray applicator works best when applying the product in a nostril. When doing that, it is suggested to breathe in through the nose concurrently and holding the other nostril closed. The forward facing spray on the larger bottle is ideal for skin application or similar.
How do I refill my nasal spray?:The nasal spray can be refilled from the larger ENT bottle, which works out as more cost effective. The large bottle should refill your small nasal spray nearly 7 times.
Composition: Purified water with ultra-small particles of pure zinc (20 mg / l) and silver (15 mg / l). An ENT spray produced by a unique method, consisting of purified water with ultra-small particles of pure zinc (20 ppm) and silver (15 ppm).
Storage: After opening 1 year shelf life. This product is packaged in high-quality, dark-violet glass, which filters light to uniquely utilize infrared and ultraviolet UVA for enhanced protection against oxidization.
Keep closed and out of reach of young children.
Dosage:Spray 1-5 times a day or as needed in both nostrils, eyes, ears, throat and on the skin.

- We do not work at weekends, so orders received after the cut off times on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (There will be special arrangements for Public Holidays when orders will be dispatched on the next working day).

- Once we have received an order it will not be possible to cancel your order, however please contact us and we will see what we can do.
- If in the unusual situation there is a problem with your order, such as a stock error or an issue with delivery, we will make contact with you to discuss options.

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
