2. What Personal data do we gather about you?
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

- Identity Data such as first name, last name, marital status, username or similar identifier and title. You may be asked for your date of birth if you would like to receive loyalty points on your birthday or those of your pets.

- Transaction Data such as details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.

Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
Your credit and debit card information is not stored anywhere within our database or website. Payment is made using secure third-party merchants including payment merchants such as Braintree and PayPal and they are responsible for your details and use high security connections SSL.
