What are the key ingredients in MegaMag® Calmeze?
MegaMag® Calmeze delivers 200mg of magnesium in the glycinate form per dose. Magnesium is a very important mineral, involved in hundreds of reactions in the body. Known as “nature’s tranquiliser”, it has a calming effect on muscles and nerves, but it’s also necessary for energy production too.
MegaMag® Calmeze also contains a specific B vitamin combination that includes vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6. The B vitamins are very important for the production of energy, as well as for psychological function. Some also help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C is present in a mineral ascorbate form. The health benefits of vitamin C are many, and include energy production, reducing tiredness and fatigue, as well as supporting the nervous system. MegaMag® Calmeze contains the amino acids theanine, taurine, glycine and glutamine. With the formula being in powdered form, we’re able to provide therapeutic levels of amino acids that would be difficult to achieve in tablet or capsule forms.

Dosage: Mix 1 scoop into 100-250ml water (adjust to taste) and stir or shake, once daily.
Can I mix with anything other than water?: Yes, as long as the food/drink is no hotter than room temperature
Can I mix up and drink it throughout the day?: We recommend you drink it within 30 minutes of mixing
Why is there a red plastic capsule in the powder?: The red plastic capsule contains silica which is a dessicant to stop the powder becoming moist once opened. It should not be consumed.

The safety of glutamine in cancer patients has not been established, therefore this product is not recommended to those with cancer. (Please note Metagenics are in the process of updating the product labels with this caution but it may be some time before it filters through to appearing on the product pots).

An Overview of Returns and Refunds
Unless faulty, you can only return a product if unopened, unused and with the original seals, packaging or tags intact. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to issue a refund for a supplement that your pet doesn't like or doesnt agree with them. All animals are unique with their own likes and dislikes.
You can return an unwanted item for a full refund (including minimum postage costs you could have chosen when placing your order) within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and you must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us.
When returning an item, please ensure you take reasonable care as any damage in transit will result in us being unable to refund part or all of the money that you have paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. Refunds are typically processed within 2 days of receipt of a returned item, but under certain circumstances, such as busy /holiday periods, your refund may take longer to process. The 14- day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order. For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to contact us. We will cover the cost of these returns and once received will process a full refund.
