Re-Lyte Pre-Workout doesn’t contain any of the unhealthy ingredients or fillers you’ll find in other pre-workout mixes, like added sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavours, anti-caking agents, and thickening agents.
How much caffeine is in Re-Lyte PRE?
Pre-Workout contains 150 mg of caffeine from green tea extract, which is enough to give you energy while helping to minimize the chance of developing the jitters or a crash.
Does Re-Lyte PRE spike insulin?
Re-Lyte is lightly sweetened with zero-calorie stevia leaf extract that won’t trigger blood sugar spikes, which can interfere with optimal immune function.
Why is there stevia leaf extract in Re-Lyte PRE?
Stevia leaf extract is a zero-calorie natural sweetener that can help balance blood sugar.
Stevia leaf extract is a natural sweetener that we add to our flavoured Re-Lyte products to give them just the right amount of sweetness. We chose stevia leaf extract instead of other natural sweeteners because it’s low-carb, zero-calorie, and has some impressive health benefits.
Stevia leaf extract comes from the leaves of the Stevia rubidian plant, which is native to Paraguay and Brazil (although today, most stevia is grown in China). While other sweeteners cause your blood sugar to spike, research shows that stevia not only keeps your blood sugar stable but may even lower it.
Flavoured Re-Lyte products contain rebaudioside A, a type of stevia leaf extract that’s less bitter (and we think much tastier) than other stevia leaf extracts. It’s also one of the most widely studied forms of stevia, which means we have a solid collection of data that proves it’s safe and effective.
What herbs are in Re-Lyte PRE?
Pre-Workout contains ginseng and maca root, that you won’t find in most pre-workout mixes, that support healthy energy and endurance.
Are the BCAA’s vegan?
Re-Lyte Pre-Workout contains muscle-supporting branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) made from plant rather than animal sources, so they’re vegan-friendly.
Why do I feel tingly after taking pre-workout?
Each serving of Re-Lyte Pre contains 3 grams of beta-alanine, which can cause tingling or itchy skin in doses over 2 grams. Beta-alanine is a safe and effective amino acid for boosting exercise performance. Any tingling or itching you experience is harmless and should start to fade within 30 minutes.
