To support bone health it is recommended to take vitamin D3 alongside vitamin K2 and magnesium to support proper calcium metabolism and uptake into the bones.

Vitamins D3 and K2 work as co-factors for calcium metabolism and support areas like bones, teeth and heart health.

Vitamin K-2 MK7 100 mcg 125%
Other ingredients: Diglycerides of fatty acids (coconut source), Vitamin K2, Vitamin D rich lichen extract, natural Vitamin E.
Directions: Take 5 sprays per day, orally or sprayed onto food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Best taken with food.
