Directions
For best results, take 30 minutes before a meal or snack with 6-8 oz of water. Begin with one capsule daily and increase each week by one capsule until 2-4 capsules are taken daily. For advanced wellness, increase up to 6 capsules per day or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Reduce to 1-3 capsules daily for maintenance.
