What time of day should I take Ionic Iron?: Ionic Iron can be taken any time of the day, preferably with food.

Additional Ingredients: Purified Water, Citric Acid and less than 1% potassium benzoate (for freshness)
Directions: Shake well. Using the metered dropper, take 1.2 ml daily with juice or food to mask the concentrated mineral flavour.
WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control centre immediately.
