Are there any other nutrients I should look to supplement alongside a multinutrient? Individual requirements can vary. However, some people may benefit from additional magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin D3.
Can I take Prostate Plus alongside Active Life? If you would like to combine with the Active Life multi-nutrient then you may not need the full recommended dosage of each. You can half the recommendations and then take some of each product.
Do I need to take the full dose of 6 capsules daily? Individual requirements can vary. You can take between 2-6 capsules per day to support your intake of essential nutrients.
I am taking your Active Life™ supplement. Can I take Vitamin B12 alongside? You may not need additional B12 if you are taking the full amount of Active Life
What does it mean when ingredients are in their “active form”? All ingredients are in a form that are readily absorbed and utilised within the body.
When is the best time to take Active Life? It is recommended to take Active Life with food. You can take it with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Adults and Children over age 12 – take up to 3 capsules twice per day after a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional. Children under age 12 – take 2 capsules per day after a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Cautions:
- If taking thyroid or iron medication, wait 2 hours before using Active Life™ capsules.
- If you are taking Anticoagulant or Antiplatelet medications, or have a bleeding disorder, consult with your healthcare provider before taking this product.
- Do not exceed stated daily dose.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision please consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional before use.
