Active Life™ capsules from Good Health Naturally is a broad-spectrum multi-vitamin/mineral complex carefully formulated to provide comprehensive nutritional support.

Each vegetable capsule delivers vital nutrients for daily support, including Vitamins A, B, C, D, E & K, iodine, selenium, magnesium, boron, choline, and more. It includes the biologically active Quatrefolic® Folate (5-MTHF). It also contains vegan vitamin D3 from lichen extract. Amounts can be adjusted to suit individual requirements.

Directions

Adults and Children over age 12 – take up to 3 capsules twice per day after a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.Children under age 12 – take 2 capsules per day after a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
